Founder of ASH Interiors and Design, Andrea is an Interiors Specialist, Kitchen and Bath Designer, and Speaker. She has been sharing her knowledge of luxury products and design for over twenty years. Her industry experience includes kitchen, bath, and interior design…focusing on residential and light commercial spaces. She has represented luxury kitchen and bath products since 2013. She is a reputable speaker and presenter and her relationships within the A&D Community have made her a well-recognized resource in not only the Washington Metro Market but worldwide. Central Coast of California-based Interior Designer, Ariana Afshar Lovato, has a strong understanding of design and culture to create spaces based on her clients’ passions and inspirations. Jennifer Hutton is the Creative Director and Principal Designer at Grau Design Studio and designs for Grau’s custom home clients in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area with a special emphasis on kitchens and bathrooms. Her early years began in Buffalo, NY where she was the top kitchen designer at her firm, ultimately setting her up for future success and leading to awards such as the coveted NKBA Thirty Under 30 class of 2020, Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, KBDN Innovator award, Professional Remodeler’s Forty under 40, and multiple features in Forbes Magazine, among others with national reach. At one time, Jennifer also operated her own freelance firm, HuttonHouse Interiors and simultaneously taught a kitchen and bath design course at her alma mater, Villa Maria College. Today, Jennifer sits on the SKS Design Council and is a member of the Modenus Media DesignHounds while continuing her education with the NKBA’s micro-accreditation program.

In addition to her residential clients, Jessica was asked to design a VRBO on the Oregon Coast in 2015 for a client. This learning experience inspired Jessica to create a new company specifically for the needs of the vacation rental industry - Vacation Rental Designers.
Jessica is active in the design community as the President of the Houston Interior Design Society, the National Membership Committee for IDS, and an active speaker and panelist for furnishings markets. She has been published nationally and locally as well as a contributor.
